Yoga and Mindfulness for kids!
The sessions are taught directly in schools, or at your home:
- As a Physical Education Program, the sessions will focus more on the physical postures.
- Yoga in the classroom will focus more on Mindfulness and Meditation to support healthy learning.
- All classes include breathing exercises and put a strong emphasis on respecting each other.Here are some of the things the children will learn:
