Caroline's yoga practice didn't start until after the birth of her second child. She was 39 years old and starting to feel the common aches and pains that come with the forties. A few months later, and only with one weekly practice, the aches and pains had completely vanished.
Fascinated, she undertook teacher trainings with Amy Pastore, Idit Hefer Tamir, Katie Manitsas, Donna Farhi, and in 2018 she became a certified yoga therapist.
Her ongoing work focuses on core stability, injury prevention, and restoring physical, emotional, and mental wellness. All of her classes emphasise alignment, breath, and self inquiry. She always encourages her students to tune in to their own bodies: true yoga is being compassionate, and this means respecting your body's ability at any given moment.
