Group Classes
I teach Mindful Vinyasa, where all movements are instructed with breath. The level and intensity is always adapted to the students I have each day. The practice of postures combined with conscious breathing brings you in the present moment and strengthens your capacity to concentrate. Strong emphasis on proper alignment brings you body and mental awareness not just on the mat, but in daily life as well. Gradually, you become a stronger, more limber, more grounded you. The classes include asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and relaxation.

Private/Semi Private Classes
The physical benefits of yoga are numerous (see "Benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness"). But it's only the tip of the iceberg. It is known to be efficient in managing stress and anxiety.
Private and semi private classes are ideal to design the practice that will benefit you the most. Book your private class with me, we'll discuss your goals and jump start your practice!
Or book with friends, double/triple/quadruple the motivation and split the cost!
This is a small group only deal: 4 people maximum. If more than 4 people let's have a chat!

$90 for a 1 hour session
$420 for 5 sessions of 1 hour each
$850 for 10 sessions of 1 hour each
